They are always willing to listen to what we want in regards to inlets/outlets/overflow. If there is ever a problem, which has been very rare, they listen & fix the problem promptly. The promotional items at certain times have made the deal even sweeter. The only complaint we have is that free delivery is from Perth & not the factory so we are just outside the free area. "
