Somewhere at the edge of the Wheatbelt region, in the charming and historic country town of Northampton, sits CT&L Woodcock, a rural retail store catering to the needs of its local community.
If you haven’t heard of this super friendly, cheerful, helpful, and hardworking bunch, let’s get to know them a little better through the eyes of their trade.
CT&L Woodcock is a family-run rural business that started in 1975. They cater to rural farming producers, their main clients, and work with approximately 40 suppliers.
This allows them to provide a variety of merchandise from chemicals, to gas, water supplies, stock feed, fertiliser, oils, grain, fishing tackle, giftware, and general farm merchandise to the farming community all throughout Northampton and its neighbors.
Hands-on business owners Clive, Leanne, Nathan, and Adam have taken their business to a whole new level, having represented at the AIRR (Australian Independent Rural Retailers) Conference in Melbourne this year where they were nominated for 2 awards and bagged the Agent of the Year award for the entire WA.
What an achievement!
CT&L Woodcock is the type of business that provides positive customer experience. That is, they keep their customers coming back by providing them with good service along with product information. In fact, if you can’t find anything in their arsenal of supplies, they can order it for you.
Predictably, their busiest time of the year is in June when all farmers get busy before the end of the financial year.
Relationship with Coerco
One of our aims as a supplier is to have our distributors benefit from our partnership by providing value through reliable products, so we’ve asked CT&L Woodcock what their experience with us is like.
“Coerco has good tank and trough size and colour options along with fire units and prompt delivery times. Coerco is one of our most reliable suppliers and our experience with them has always been satisfying.” – CT & L Woodcock
Looking Forward
CT&L Woodcock has goal setting down pat. Their aim for the future is “to complete our new premises and this will allow us to take our business to the next level and enjoy supplying a service to Northampton and surrounding districts.”
Here’s to more years of partnership, CT&L Woodcock!
More power to you!
